Curriculum
We lay emphasis on education and learning and not only on syllabi. The school after a conscious and planned curriculum has woven throughout the fabric of school life the four following core principles:

a) To develop children into Global Citizens
b) To promote universal values
c) Leadership Qualities
d)Forward thinking

The benchmark of a quality school is not only the ability but also the belief that each child is an individual and has the potential to be the best in some field or the other. Hence, all activities in JPS are developed, designed, implemented and evaluated based on this vital yardstick, making it both rewarding and challenging for students. We believe in recapitulation by giving homework to ascertain whether the students are capable of working independently with the knowledge acquired in the classroom. We follow the curriculum recommended by the National Council for Educational Research & training. Our teaching learning strategies are one of the best in the world supported by well established pedagogies and techniques. We make learning process pleasurable by providing a happy and stimulating environment. Our school curriculum is both supportive and progressively challenging, which enables the students to develop their latent potentials. We also provide them structured learning environment in which they re-discover how to articulate their ideas both orally and artistically. We go beyond the prescribed books, so that we nurture Students’ Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Students are assessed on both scholastic and co—scholastic areas for all round development.
